Submissions Call: Sh!t Men Say To Me

Moon Tide Press is excited to announce open submission calls for our first anthology of 2021, Sh!t Men Say To Me: A Poetry Anthology Responding to Toxic Masculinity.

Submission calls are open from September 14th 2020 to November 16th 2020. Previously published work is welcome and submissions are open to all folks regardless of gender and/or sexuality. We only ask that all entries be on topic, so send us your work that best represents the response to toxic masculinity—a conversation, an experience, a relationship, etc.

Please send 1-5 poems to editor@moontidepress.com. Poems should all be in ONE Word document, attached to your email. In your subject line, please put “SH!T MEN SAY TO ME” so your email does not get mistaken for another submission.

Submissions will be reviewed and selected blindly by the anthology's three editors: Dania Ayah Alkhouli, HanaLena Fennel, and Victoria Lynne McCoy.

The anthology is scheduled to be released in March 2021 in celebration of International Women's Day. We are very much looking forward to your poems and the opportunity to put out this necessary collection of poets and their work!
